Be a Room Assistant
Volunteering as a room assistant for a Pathways Seminar is an opportunity to be a part of the behind-the-scenes team that ensures the smooth running of the seminar. Room assistants play an important role in helping to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for attendees, and in assisting the seminar leaders and other staff members with various tasks such as setting up and breaking down the seminar room, managing logistics, and ensuring that attendees have everything they need.

Be a Room Assistant Coordinator
As a room assistant coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the room assistants and ensuring that the seminar runs smoothly. This includes coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to the room assistants. Additionally, you will work closely with the seminar leaders and other staff members to help ensure that the attendees have a positive and comfortable experience. Being a room assistant coordinator is a great way to develop your leadership and coordination skills, and gain experience working in a team environment.

Be a Group Leader
Our group leaders are responsible for facilitating group discussions and exercises, and for creating a safe and supportive environment for attendees to explore their thoughts and feelings. As a group leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, such as active listening, empathy, and the ability to guide others toward their answers and dreams.

Be a Group Leader Coordinator
As a group leader coordinator for a Pathways Seminar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the seminar runs smoothly and that the attendees have a positive and impactful experience. As a group leader coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the group leaders, providing guidance and support, and facilitating communication among the group leaders. You will work closely with the seminar leaders and other staff members to help ensure that the seminar is well-organized and that the attendees receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.
