Our staff members play a vital role in facilitating the seminar experience for attendees, and in return, gain valuable skills such as active listening, empathy, and leadership.

As a staff member, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced seminar leaders and gain a deeper understanding of the seminar’s teachings and methods. Be a Room Assistant

* must be a Basic graduate

Room assistants play an important role in helping to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for attendees, and in assisting the seminar leaders and other staff members with various tasks such as setting up and breaking down the seminar room, managing logistics, and ensuring that attendees have everything they need.

Be a Group Leader

*must be a Basic, Advanced, and Leadership graduate

Our group leaders are responsible for facilitating group discussions and exercises, and for creating a safe and supportive environment for attendees to explore their thoughts and feelings. As a group leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, such as active listening, empathy, and the ability to guide others toward their answers and dreams.

Be a Room Assistant Coordinator

*must have group-led Basic and Advanced

As a room assistant coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the room assistants and ensuring that the seminar runs smoothly. This includes coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to the room assistants. Additionally, you will work closely with the seminar leaders and other staff members to help ensure that the attendees have a positive and comfortable experience.

Being a room assistant coordinator is a great way to develop your leadership and coordination skills, and gain experience working in a team environment.

Be a Group Leader Coordinator

*must have RA Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the seminar runs smoothly and that the attendees have a positive and impactful experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the group leaders, providing guidance and support, and facilitating communication among the group leaders. You will work closely with the seminar leaders and other staff members to help ensure that the seminar is well-organized and that the attendees receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.

By volunteering as a group leader coordinator, you will gain valuable skills in leadership, coordination, and team management, and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
